      Shipping & Returns

      STANDARD SHIPPING - Australia only!

      + $9.95 for orders under $49

      + $4.95 for orders over $49

      + FREE SHIPPING for orders over $79.

      EXPRESS SHIPPING - Australia only!

      $12.95

      All orders will be packed within 2-4 business days. When your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking number from us.

      In the event of a larger amount of orders at once, orders may take a little longer to get out as it's just me who packs orders.

      LOCAL PICK-UP

      If you selected local pick-up, you will receive an email when your order is ready to collect with instructions so please be sure to read it. Local pick-up times are Monday to Friday ONLY, between 8am - 5pm. We DO NOT offer weekend pick-ups so if you can't pick up during our times, please select shipping at checkout.

      RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

      Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we don't offer returns, refunds or exchanges on change of mind for our earrings.

      NO REFUNDS are given on change of mind on a PRE-ORDER as they are made to order.

      If there is a problem with a product you have ordered please contact me directly via e-mail at hello@seraopretties.com.au with photos within 24 hours of receiving your order and we can discuss options.

      We ask that before you finalise your order that you double check that you are 100% happy with everything (sizes, colours etc) before submitting your order. Please also check that all of your personal details (postal address etc) are correct as refunds aren't given in these circumstances.

      Refunds are not given on shipping and we hold no responsibility once we hand over your order to Australia Post. Please refer to Australia Post website for further information about their services.

      Care Instructions

      At Serao Pretties, we create with love - fashion earrings using HIGH QUALITY hypoallergenic posts (lead & nickel free) that are great for sensitive ears. If you feel any discomfort while wearing our Earring, you should remove them from your ear immediately.

      It is advised that our products SHOULD NOT come into contact with water, skin care products, make-up, hairspray & perfumes etc. Always put your earrings on last when getting ready!

      Our earrings SHOULD NOT be worn for long periods (days on end) at one time and should be stored in a clean & dry area. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the care or storage of your new pretties, please get in touch.
